Objetivo de la posición:

 

Desarrollar y coordinar programas de atracción de talento, capacitación y clima laboral, enfocados en el personal de planta alineado a los procedimientos, estándares y actividades que apoyan el cumplimiento de los objetivos del negocio. Generación de data analytics para medir efectividad de procesos y generación de insights para definición de mejoras.

 

Hablemos de principales responsabilidades:

 

  • Desarrollar, liderar y coordinar estrategias de atracción de talento para personal non S&C.

  • Coordinar y ejecutar el proceso de reclutamiento de personal non S&C.

  • Análisis de turnover y definición de estrategias para disminución del mismo.

  • Activación de estrategias para atender las necesidades de clima organizacional.

  • Establecer comunicación con compañías capacitadoras y de atracción de talento.

  • Dar soporte en la coordinación de la logística del desarrollo de los cursos de capacitación de programas corporativos.

  • Dar soporte en la supervisión del cumplimiento a los programas corporativos mandatorios en materia de capacitación técnica y de liderazgo.

  • Cumplir con los estándares de calidad y productividad aplicables.

  • Coordinación de eventos.

  • Análisis de efectividad de procesos a través de generación de data (implementación de data analytics e insights) Siendo estas actividades descriptivas más no limitativas, se cubrirán todas aquellas que la misma producción demande. 

 

¿Qué necesitas para aplicar?

 

  • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Psicología o Ingenierías afines

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia laboral en área de manufactura 

  • Conocimiento y experiencia en reclutamiento

  • Experiencia en trato con personal operativo

  • Manejo de paquete Google Tools (deseable)

  • Inglés Intermedio Avanzado

  • Conocimiento de analytics (generación de kpis e interpretación de data)
