Responsible for the control and management of clients current account, auditing the correct application of the credit and maintenance policies and purification of the current account of the country in charge.
 
What you will do:

  • Perform release of retained orders according to payments and cleaning of balances.
  • Analyze current account balances daily to monitor their age and correctness.
  • Project and monitor future collections from customers.
  • Make authorizations and prompt payment proposals for clients.
  • Make visits to clients in order to support the sales force with collection procedures, as well as reinforce the company's current credit conditions and obtain information regarding their financial condition, identifying their needs and objectives.
  • Carry out visits and settlement of current accounts to countries.
  • Operate accounting adjustments to current account.
  • Carry out inventory and balance of employee store in the region.
  • Carry out a weekly monitoring of the current account of WM client.
  • SOX Audit.
  • Bad Debts Review.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

 
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration OR in Public Accounting, OR Engineering OR related 
  • English proficiency Intermediate - Advanced 
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar positions

 
Preferred Qualifications

  • Google tools knowledge and SAP Management
  • Knowledge of accounting processes and internal control 
  • Financial analysis capacity 
  • Portfolio management experience
