Position Purpose:
 

Prepare, analyze and oversee the company's financial statements, assuring actualized and precise information available to business partners, allowing for sound decision making for the business.
 
What you will do:
 
Financial Statements:


Assure correct recording for all monthly closings in all systems.
Provide closing analysis to GMs and Administrative Managers for subsidiaries.
Includes Full Profit and Loss Statements, Local Profit and Loss statements, Balance Sheet, and Cash Generation.


Financial Planning: 


Full year Budget and Year to Go Estimates.
Follow up on planning items from other business partners.
Assure Zero base planning for Profit and Loss Statements.
Plan Balance Sheet.
Analyze results and assure Divisional Targets and Guidelines are taken into account.


Fixed Expenses Control and Planning:


In charge of zero based planning for Controllable non variable expenses for all subsidiaries and functions. Responsible for follow up and adherence to NVO planning, as well as analysis of any deviations from latest estimate.
Accountable for correct recording of all NVO expenses.


Financial Reporting:


Assure correct and timely reporting of monthly closings & potentials every month.
Responsible for timely and accurate reporting for Estimates to division.
Responsible for providing Divisional exhibits for all Estimates to Division, along with analysis and details regarding Prior periods.
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
 
Requirements:
 
Bachelor's Degree in Public Auditing, Finance, Business Administration or Accounting
At least 2 years of experience in business accounting or brand accounting.
Intermediate-advanced English level
Mastering Excel with formulas and pivot tables
Advanced level of English preferred
Advanced Excel in macros preferred
