Operations Team Leader
The Operations Team Leader [OTL] position is one that impacts and influences the overall culture, employee relations, performance of a manufacturing facility and its ability to align with the company’s core values and initiatives. The incumbent is responsible for demonstrating personal leadership, effectively managing production activities and resources, for a specified manufacturing area, to deliver business results and drive continuous improvement while maintaining positive employee relations.
The primary accountabilities of the role include daily production schedule adherence, customer service, area financial performance, implementation of Operational Excellence initiatives (EOHS, Quality, FP&R), Employee Relations and to drive team development and performance.
The OTL achieves success through collaborative partnerships with Supply Chain, Process/Technical,  Engineering, HR and leveraging personal leadership skills, the Company’s renewed focus on agility, new ways of working principles, and Supply Chain reimagine strategy. 
Industrial Engineer

The Industrial Engineer manages and analyzes the technical information of results and its variables through the analysis and comparison of KPI's to provide reliable tools for decision making favoring continuous improvement. Apply time and motion studies. Manage views and versions in SAP. Evaluate investment projects. Prepare production standards, budgets, manage modeling software and support the quality and safety system.


  • Review stoppage time and calculate equipment use time.
  • Prepare monthly calculation of operational indicators and inform management in a timely manner.
  • Participate in the costing of the products.
  • Keep up to date the specifications of the routes of finished product and bulk.
  • Control production standards.
  • Keep up to date tolerances of the different saponification / drying / glycerin / finishing and maintenance processes.
  • Prepare budgets and investment projects.
  • Maintain and update structures in SAP.
  • Perform plant capacity analysis.
  • Presentations to up / direction / division (Plant performance review and focus presentations)
  • Apply Factory Performance and Reliability standards.


Human Resources Business Partner

Collaboration with the HR Manager focused on priorities such as talent management, training and development strategies to create commitment and integration with the organization, to ensure the effectiveness of the processes (Performance, organizational design and change management). It also focuses on the organizational pulse and external market trends.


  • Partner with all functions and leaders at Greenwood to drive learning, succession planning, and performance management processes.
  • Develop impact and value solutions for people and organizational challenges to maximize performance and anticipate business needs.
  • Lead new processes that influence new ways of working in collaboration with the company to drive organizational success.
  • Planning of the workforce, the acquisition and development of talent and performance-based activities to achieve the objectives set in the organization
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve motivation, engagement, and productivity.
  • Work with Global HR to ensure existing and new programs are aligned with Global Supply Chain needs and perspectives.
  • Development of coaching and mentoring strategies for leaders to improve their effectiveness and results orientation, with a focus on professional development and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Lead special projects in Greenwood, as needed, to support individuals and growth initiatives for the benefit of the entire organization.



Guarantee the quality of each one of the raw materials that enter as well as that of the products in process and the finished product through instrumentation and wet analysis, comply with the corporate quality standards for the focus. 


  • Carry all the required safety equipment in the laboratory and comply with the safety training plan.
  • Comply with the training matrix (qualification program, SPI-LAB training and Learning Guide for Analytical Analysts LGAA training on the MindSpark platform).
  • Perform analysis of raw material, product in process and finished product following global and local analytical procedures (SPI LAB).
  • Statistical analysis of the data
  • Follow up on the program of activities aimed at your total satisfaction (Full time).
  • Comply with the calibration program for laboratory instruments / equipment.
  • Develop and review the calibration procedures for each of the laboratory equipment.
  • Maintain accurate and dated laboratory records, in accordance with the guidelines established in the laboratory testing standard.
  • Participate in the technician certification program.
  • Know and apply the colgate quality system standards and the Factory Performance and Reliability standards, according to the matrix of responsibilities and implementation plans developed.
  • Stability program and visual inspection.
  • Carry all the basic safety equipment as well as use the different safety training.


Process/Project Engineer

Manage the human, technical and financial resources of the process part of the plant, establishing the action guidelines to follow according to the objectives set by the plant management, achieving the quality and profitability of the products complying with the safety initiatives and developing the best place to work.


  • Ensure that the processes comply with the KR´S specifications.
  • Maintain a high quality index of manufactured products.
  • Reduce and maintain low security rates.
  • Control the use of the budget assigned to your focus.
  • Coordinate launches and reformulations.
  • Implement the actions that emerge from the master security plan.

  • Keep the plant management informed of the results and their variables in the fulfillment of the objectives.

  • Digitalize manual tasks through tools adoption such as Data Studio, Google Suite tools, Augmentir, Aveva, etc
  • Automate the activities of publication of the information, in addition to supporting the Paperless project
  • Strong knowledge in Digital tools 
  • Management of virtual communication channels such as Zoom, Meet, etc;
  • Implement new ideas in production engineering, lean manufacturing, etc.
  • Curate training content to cultivate learning and adoption of new capabilities, systems, process and upskill knowledge of the workforce


What you'll need?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or Business related field
  • At least up to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment   
  • Experience using analytics and digital tools, data insights reporting and social media
  • Proficiency with Google Suite collaboration tools
  • Passionate about efficiency, automation, and productivity, and you're skilled at using data to tackle problems and measure success
  • Natural, authentic people skills and the ability to communicate optimally with a variety of audiences and stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Work and manage multiple projects optimally in a fast-paced, innovative environment
