KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -


-  Responsible for developing, assigning responsibility, implementing and monitoring the site’s Quality Plan.

-  Lead Quality Audit Program (internal/external, On-Shelf Quality and Product Recovery Audits) to ensure conformance with standards and Quality-related regulatory requirements

-  Maintain The Document Control System of the site to ensure adherence to good documentation practices and corporate Quality Standards.

-  Lead site quality goals and KPI’s including positive release, consumer & customer complaints, mock recoveries, on shelf quality audits together with Quality Systems and Laboratory Manager 

-  Measure and report Global/Divisional KPIs. Evaluate statistical data; participate on cross-functional teams, and special projects

-  In the absence of Quality Systems & Laboratory Manager, lead laboratory analysts, review and approve test results for Analytical release.

-  Manage laboratory Out of Specification (OOS) situations and support plant failure investigations, Corrective and Preventive Actions, Non-conformance, change control whenever required.

-  Report to result of analysis, ensuring that necessary actions are taken to prevent recurrence by performing root cause analysis in case of deviation

-  Take part in projects for continuous improvement in quality issues and lead the projects.

-  Lead and follow validation, calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments 

-  Lead Statistical Process Control data (Cp/Cpk and Pp/Ppk) with operations and GTC to communicate trends towards improvement of process capabilities.

-  Support the Site Technology Transfer and Management of Change program. 


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS -


-  A Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or related science

-  Proficient in English & Turkish language

-  Minimum 3years Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, and/or related lab experience

-  Knowledge of Quality Documentation Management system


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 


-  Good knowledge of MS Office, Google tools, knowledge of SAP 

-  Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22716
