Get in the Game: Dive into the Role
Step up as our Sales Executive in Nuevo Leon and Tamaulipas and lead the development and support the partnership between our company and a group of customers in an assigned territory or in a given geography for a key account in order to deliver net sales, distribution volume, NPAT, and market share targets. You will have an integral role in driving consumer demand!
Your Mission: What You Will Do

Support meeting the sales objectives: Sell-in, Sell-out & market share.

Achieve sales objectives of the assigned territory.

Implement CP's commercial strategies, ensuring the accurate execution of 5p's.

Analyze the current situation of the stores in charge, their results, as well as detect opportunities.

Developing and managing relationships between Colgate Palmolive and Customers.

Guarantee the accurate implementation of the events and their follow-up for fulfillment of the objectives.

Interact appropriately with the third party support team in the field.

Lead Customer Engagement looking for balanced growth.
Must-Haves for Success: Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or similar.

2+ years of sales/commercial experience in a consumer goods company (In roles as Salesperson, Blue Jacket/Business Partner, Sales Coordinator, Marketing, Finance, Logistics or related).

Driving experience and active Driver's license.

Availability to travel.

Intermediate-Advanced English level.
