Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:
Step into a pivotal role where you own, influence, and optimize Colgate-Palmolive’s financial operations. As a Financial Services Analyst, you’ll drive accuracy and compliance across key financial processes—from balance sheet analysis to supporting global audits. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and make an immediate impact on cost control, inventory management, and SOX compliance. This role is based in Taguig City, Philippines.
Responsibilities:

Drive daily financial operations: Manage the day-to-day financial service activities, ensuring accurate and transparent balance sheet details and well-managed NVOs.

Deliver accurate reporting: Complete and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting reports to both corporate and division entities.

Analyze and improve: Review and interpret KPIs related to financial services and costing. Coordinate action plans within the local subsidiary based on your findings.

Champion compliance: Ensure full SOX compliance across cost, inventory, and general accounting; manage documentation and help to organize audits.

Lead inventory control: Organize biannual wall-to-wall inventory counts, oversee fixed asset counts, and coordinate SLOB disposal per BIR guidelines.

Support project savings validation: Oversee FTG Value Chain reporting and validate cost savings initiatives.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related discipline.

At least 2 years’ experience in general accounting.

High proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite applications.

Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to new systems.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in external audit is a plus.

Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.

Interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various business stakeholders.

Adaptable, proactive, and a keen problem solver.
