Als Packaging Operator leer je onze machines van binnen en buiten kennen door het interne opleidingstraject! Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het proces vanaf de brok tot het vertrek van het product naar ons magazijn en je voert de werkzaamheden uit in een 3-ploegenrooster waarbij de vrijdagnacht is uitgeroosterd. Hiermee heb je dus lekker lang weekend!

 

De machines zijn computergestuurd en modern. Je start ze op, stelt ze in, controleert en bouwt ze om tijdens Change-Overs. Samen met de Quality Inspectors ben je daarnaast ook verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteitscontroles.

 

Je verhelpt de meest voorkomende storingen en indien er toch specialistische kennis van een Onderhoudsmonteur noodzakelijk is, dan roep jij ze op en assisteer je waar nodig. Om eventuele storingen te voorkomen ga je daarnaast aan de slag met Autonomous Maintenance taken met behulp van een ipad. 


De afdeling Packaging bestaat uit drie packaginglijnen. De fabriek blijft innoveren en zo wordt er op dit moment een geheel nieuwe packaginglijn ontwikkelt met de modernste technieken op het gebied van ombouwen. Ombouwen zal met deze nieuwe lijn volledig automatisch gestuurd worden door o.a. servo motoren. De lijn wordt later dit jaar geïnstalleerd in de fabriek.

 

Wat vragen wij?

  • Opleiding op Operator A of B niveau of hiervoor studerend (Geen diploma? Wel affiniteit met Techniek? Dan kun je na afronding van de interne opleiding via een verkort traject je Operator A diploma bij ons behalen!)
  • Bereid tot het volgen van een intern opleidingsprogramma
  • Technisch inzicht en initiatief
  • In staat om in teamverband te werken

  • Salarisindicatie 2.170 - 3.940 EUR per maand o.b.v. 36 uur excl. toeslagen

  • 3 ploegenrooster waarbij de week van de nachtdienst uit 4 nachten bestaat (de middagdienst en de ochtenddienst bestaan uit 5 werkdagen). .
