About the Opportunity
Support role for Industrial Engineers focused on manufacturing processes related to materials control, inventory management, data integrity, and activities connected to the plant’s continuous improvement program (loss reduction, root cause analysis, process monitoring/audits, report development, and results presentations).
Responsibilities
- Ensure monthly materials inventories (Finishing / Manufacturing);
- Ensure monthly inventories at third-party sites (when applicable);
- Ensure finished goods dock inventories;
- Control finished goods balances, as well as materials in OB/BL;
- Provide detailed analyses and lead investigations, implementing actions to eliminate consumption/inventory variances;
- Monitor KPIs (AU / UPDT / AML / VCC);
- Participate in new projects and changes to existing processes (equipment, packaging, and formulas);
- Support and participate in improvement plans for the area.
Requirements
- Currently studying in the evening period.
- Enrolled in Engineering: Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Automation, or Production.
- Expected graduation from June/2027 onward.
- Availability to work on-site Monday to Friday at the Jaguaré plant, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Basic English.
Nice to Have
- Intermediate English;
- Knowledge of Windows/Office/Google tools.
