The Senior HR Business Associate will work with the business stakeholders on strategic business and human resource priorities including organization design and capabilities, learning and development, employee management, organizational change and
organization efficiency.

This position will serve as a Business Associate to all employees across the facility by performing a diversity of complex, professional HR activities across performance management, organizational development, training,
employee and labor relations, talent management, recruitment/selection, and other workplace initiatives, to drive operational excellence within the organization. The incumbent will provide leadership and counsel to Business Associates in issue resolution,
policy and process development, policy adherence, and process renewal to maintain and lead compliance with Colgate policies, as well as federal and state employment legislation.

The right candidate will be able to meet the day-today requirements of the Human Resources department while maintaining a strategic and operational view that links the role of HR to business needs. The position will also provide project leadership for HR initiatives and activities that support the NA Supply Chain network, working with HR plant business partners and their teams to define project scope and objectives, implementation and change management communication plan.

What you will do

• Business Associate - Provides direction, leadership and support on all HR related processes/activities to managers, supervisors and employees.
• Performance Management - Guide and support managers in developing corrective actions and ensure proper documentation and follow up for low performing employees while also defining future operational capabilities.
• Compensation - Co-own the annual salary planning and merit forecasting process for assigned populations; Assists with the calculation and communication of the bonus program.
• Talent Management - Co-own all talent management (Career Development, Talent Planning, Performance Management) programs together with Plant HR Business Partner and functional leaders.
• Talent Acquisition - Facilitates the hourly recruitment process including posting jobs, testing, phone screening, scheduling interviews, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Employee Relations - Serve as an employee advocate by establishing workplace relationships and models the company’s Ethical Leadership standards, behaviors and compliance; Coach and support leadership capabilities to create and maintain a positive employee relations work environment.
• Administration - Ensure effective and consistent administration of HR guidelines.
• Project Management - Define, develop and execute HR Projects.
• People Management - Supervise, guide and develop two direct reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree BS or BA degree required (HR, Labor Relations, Business, Management or related field)
• At least 5 years Relevant Human Resource Generalist experience
• At least 1 year Experience in one or more HR specialty area (Compensation, Benefits, People Relations, People
• Development, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, Analytics, Organization Development/Design, Learning)
• Quantitative reasoning skills to advise data driven decisions
• Strong project management, presentation, and facilitation skills required
• Proficiency with Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree 
• At least 1 year Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)-HRCI 

Salary Range $88,800 - $131,250 USD

Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
