Key Responsibilities:

Develop digital commerce strategies with a longer term vision including growth ambition, customer prioritization and key business capabilities

Build and deepen strategic alignment with customers including cross functional teams to elevate growth with deep focus on value creation

Ensure continuous improvement in eCapabilities for DAM, Content, Packaging, Net Sales, P&L, Analytics reporting

Use data and analytics to drive better and bolder decision-making
-
Launch exciting, personalized, differentiated innovation ensuring best in class execution

Develop rich content that converts providing higher click & conversion rates for CP categories
-
Define all metrics that matter for digital shelf excellence, review critical metrics through a scorecard and recommend corrective actions

Leverage digital to drive demand and purchase with a full funnel approach focusing on consumer journeys

Ensure robust plans to drive category growth across all sub channels and develop promotion strategy

Create and activate business driving opportunities at brand, category and all Colgate portfolio level

360 Marketing Communications: Align with consumer marketing for all mass communication and support it 360 in digital platforms

Estimate and track yearly sales and traffic distribution, marketing spending and channel performance for eCommerce retailers

Be partner and coordinate digital marketing activities with agencies to ensure to optimize traffic driving initiatives

Coordinate partner relationships with digital technology platforms for mutual business opportunities

As an integral member of an experienced and dynamic team, you will work with various internal teams including: consumer marketing, retail marketing, key accounts, supply, packaging as well as customers to drive commercial strategy
Required Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Economics, Management or relevant field
-
Minimum 6 years of experience in eCommerce marketing or account management, preferably in a multinational FMCG company with leading brands

Proficient in English

Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs)
