The Global IT EMEA Digital Applications team seeks a highly motivated Salesforce Marketing Developer to contribute to the development of key digital applications. This role involves using modern cloud technologies like Snowflake and Salesforce Cloud to enhance digital engagement. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Digital Marketing and IT teams to translate business objectives into scalable, high-quality solutions and implement new technologies for improved targeting and engagement.

What you’ll do:
Collaborate with marketing teams to define digital marketing data activation use cases, focusing on first-party data.
Analyzes consumer ecosystems to develop and improve data models and analytics products.
Translates business needs into technical specifications and builds aligned data products.
Partners with cross-functional teams to enhance the data model for optimized digital engagements.
Participates in data architecture design, manages data processes, and resolves data discrepancies.

Key Qualifications and Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in IT/Data Analytics within the Digital/Marketing domain.
2+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Proficiency in Python, SQL
Experience with data integration and transformation, and an understanding of governmental privacy regulations, like GDPR.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Snowflake or GCP, pipeline automation tools, and familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
