Colgate Palmolive Support Services (Dublin) supports and implements IT solutions in Europe, Africa and the Middle East by leveraging an in-depth knowledge of business processes along with knowledge of a wide range of technologies. The team consists of employees from a wide range of backgrounds including Computer Science, Business Studies, Engineering and Finance Disciplines.

The ideal candidate is:


Self-motivated and can work well both independently and within a team. A self-starter, who is solutions focused and will act as a HR representative to drive adoption of our Human Capital Strategy. Has excellent communication skills, is eager to learn and an ambassador for change and new ways of working. No matter what area of HR you are working in, you will get hands-on experience of real life business scenarios e.g. deadlines, international business calls and presentations. 


The Job:

  • Provide confidential and discrete administrative support to the HR Business Partner

  • Assist with the local Colgate employee intranet (Our Colgate) development, monitoring and posting of material

  • Monthly payroll administration

  • Maintenance of our HR Information Systems (SAP) and support the migration to our new HR Information System “Employee Central”.

  • Assist with all aspects of employee administration (from hiring through termination)

  • Manage the coordination & induction of Internships along with the intern coordinator

  • Assist in the update of HR policies, processes and files on an ongoing basis

  • Manage HR documentation such as contracts, staff requests and relevant forms

  • Maintain and update the HR communications channels including online platforms

  • Assist with planning and prep associated with Graduate Career Fairs

  • Support the administration of benefits, e.g. enrolment in pension plan, etc.

Training and Development


Training and development opportunities can be offered through day to day work as well as completion with other grads. Training programs include presentation training, building personal greatness, agile training and much more. The graduate programme offered by Colgate-Palmolive will provide you with transferable skills which can aid candidates in their future career.
