Join Colgate-Palmolive, a caring, innovative growth company reimagining a healthier future for people, their pets, and our planet. Who We Are

At the intersection of cutting-edge technology and human behavior, we create products that impact daily lives. As the Director, HPC Strategic Insights Lead, you will be the ultimate bridge between our Home & Personal Care (HPC) GTech innovators and the deeply nuanced world of consumer and sensory insights.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director, GTech Insights, you will not just manage data—you will translate complex scientific and sensory breakthroughs into compelling consumer stories that shape the future of our global product portfolio.

What You’ll Do (The Impact You’ll Make)

  • Be the Strategic Catalyst: Act as the primary strategic partner for HPC GTech, turning complex technical questions and sensory data into actionable, high-impact insights and business recommendations.

  • Connect the Dots Globally: Look beyond individual projects to uncover cross-category and transversal opportunities, collaborating with local and global insights partners to synthesize the "big picture."

  • Drive Visionary Research: Lead deep-dive exploratory and qualitative strategic initiatives, partnering with external consultants and agency partners to keep us ahead of industry trends.

  • Influence & Evangelize: Serve as the go-to contact for HPC Tech Insights, masterfully storytelling data to align, inspire, and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders up to the executive level.

  • Lead with Purpose: Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a people-centric culture rooted in curiosity, strategic thinking, and continuous growth.

What You Bring to the Table

The Must-Haves:

  • Experience: 12+ years of proven expertise in consumer insights, technology insights, or sensory insights, ideally within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

  • Leadership: 5+ years of dedicated experience as a people manager with a passion for coaching and building collaborative teams.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is a distinct advantage.

  • Communication: Exceptional English proficiency (written and spoken) with the ability to navigate complex, global matrix organizations.

The Differentiators (What Makes You Stand Out):

  • The Mindset: A rare blend of sharp business acumen and deep empathy—you are fiercely analytical but always people-centric.

  • The Craft: A master storyteller who can take rigid data and weave it into a compelling narrative for diverse audiences.

  • The Expertise: A strong background in Sensory Science and an innate ability to build intentional, influential connections across technical and marketing teams alike.

Our Commitment to Inclusion
Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives  to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging. We are dedicated to ensuring that each individual can be their authentic self, is treated with respect, and is empowered by leadership to contribute meaningfully to our business.
