The Hill’s pet parent and veterinary-facing ecosystems are rapidly evolving in our increasingly digital and connected world. As the leading division at Colgate Palmolive for both digital and eCommerce, Hill’s needs to continue to strengthen our digital ecosystems to be available when and how pet parents and VHCT (veterinary health care teams) are looking for us. Be a critical partner with clinics, retailers and our shelter network, partnering with 1,200+ shelters across North America.  

 

 

The Digital Product Manager for Digital Enablement will lead the development and ongoing daily ownership of Hill’s B2B eCommerce platforms and Digital Payment capabilities. This role will lead the strategic planning for B2B and digital payment capabilities for Hill’s globally, collaborate with GIT to prioritize and test enhancements, regularly analyze the user and sales data, and optimize the platform’s role in the digital Professional Ecosystem. 

 

As an amazing and influential leader, you will help drive critical work at Hill’s to roll out continuous upgrades to our vet digital ecosystem to deliver a simple, easy-to-do-business-with suite of tools that enable more recommendations of Hill’s products around the world, maintaining our vision and delivery of evolving capabilities across our systems. You will be an essential part of this work and vision. Responsibilities:

  • Act as chief revenue officer for specific digital product at Hill’s

  • Refine product strategy led by data, analytics 

  • Align product strategy with US commercial team partners - marketing, CDO, Finance, CXEC, IT

  • Sets business + technology goals for the product

  • Collaborate with Transformation Team to create multi (3+) year roadmap for product capability across regions, help identify gaps in resource needs (if applicable)

  • Acts as primary point of contact for global GIT resource planning and queue prioritization

  • Present in applicable steering committee meetings, digital innovation & planning meetings

  • Ensure experience and design consistent with Hill’s brand and legal requirements

  • Utilize various on and off-platform strategies and tactics to drive Professionals deeper into their use, trust and recommendation of Hill’s in conjunction with our CX team. 

    • Aid their journey into our digital ecosystem (incl. CRM, etc.). 

    • Elevate value by creating space for them to gain access to unique opportunities, information and data, making their lives simpler and making us easier to do business with, further enhancing trust and loyalty. 

    • Create opportunities for deeper data capture and understanding with each professional.

  • Establish and regularly update, review and present key KPIs for usage efficacy of tool

  • Where measurement does not exist, work with marketing & insights, shopper marketing & journey and analytics teams to establish a plan to begin measuring regularly

  • Align to Hill’s US CX measurement framework

  • Coordinate and optimize with our CXEC, field sales and Professional Veterinary Affairs teams for major initiatives, launches or similar opportunities to drive the best adoption and engagement in the pet industry. 

    • Focus intently on delivering the best experience possible between Hill’s and the BtB, professional audience. 

    • Remain connected with in-person Hill’s Professional activities (conferences, tours, etc.) and personnel, utilizing our data - when possible - to enhance their personal engagement. 

    • Conferences and continuing education where needed.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3+ years experience in marketing, product management, or related field



Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with professional marketing/sales or CX/UX best practices

  • Proven record of working successfully with marketing and/or technology teams

  • Data analysis and data-informed decision making

  • Experience in insights discovery

  • Understanding of agile methodology and process


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $109,600.00 - $155,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
