Job Summary:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategies for Pure Players (Amazon, Meli, Justo, Turbo), aimed at optimizing online presence and business outcomes. 
2.Drive high-level collaborations with key eCommerce partners to ensure seamless execution of strategies, ensuring that all digital platforms are populated with accurate and high-quality information. 
3. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through data-driven insights and innovative eCommerce solutions. 

4. Negotiate and structure Joint Business Plans with strategic eCommerce partners to achieve sales targets and foster long-term relationships. 
5. Collaborate closely with eRetail Marketing & Content Specialist, Division, and Global teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals. 
6. Track and measure eCommerce performance, providing strategic recommendations to enhance digital media communications and customer engagement."

 

Essential Job Functions:

1. Define and lead the execution of eCommerce strategies tailored to Pure Players, in close alignment with eRetail Marketing, Content Specialist, Division, and Global teams. 
2. Jointly define the product assortment strategy with eRetail Marketing for Pure Players. 
3. Prioritize the Power Portfolio to optimize enhanced content and maximize online visibility for Pure Players and Apps. 

4. Implement all strategic plans with excellence, ensuring strong communication and collaboration with eRetail Marketing teams. 
5. Develop bespoke annual plans for each customer, focusing on key performance metrics and growth opportunities. 
6. Lead high-stakes customer engagements and negotiations to drive business success. 
7. Monitor online visibility and performance, developing actionable plans to address gaps and capitalize on strengths. 
8. Oversee budget definition and management, ensuring efficient resource allocation. 
9. Deliver impactful presentations to Division, Marketing team, and Customers, showcasing key insights and results.

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Demonstrated passion and expertise in digital and eCommerce environments.
2. Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of successful stakeholder management.
3. Strategic thinker with a strong ability to drive and execute complex eCommerce initiatives.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating sophisticated concepts to diverse audiences.
5. Deep understanding of Category Management and Digital Marketing principles.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 6-7 years of solid and relevant work experience in Customer Development, eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field or management role.
  • Minimum degree requirement: BS in Business, Marketing, Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools/data (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, Domo, SAP, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Advanced skills in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Profitero, Be On, Stibo) and digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC).
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and P&L management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders.
  • Strong adaptability in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Deep understanding of customer behavior and experience in using customer insights to shape strategy."
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Master’s Degree preferred
