Performs Supply Planning for a portfolio of export products within a category. Responsible for synchronizing export requirements and supply. Acts as the primary contact with Supply Planners in receiving locations and Production Planners at production facilities (CP and Contact manufacturers). Responsible for achieving agreed KPIs.



  • The planner is responsible for balancing demand and supply for export items within a category, by performing the Daily and Weekly Supply Planning Cycles. Ensuring:

Product availability at the Distribution Centre.
Right inventory levels.
Synchronized execution of new product introductions and product transitions.

  • Receives export requirements from the supply planner in receiving locations and consolidates supply plans to be shared with production facilities.
  • Communication with Supply Planners and with Production Planner and Supply Planner in importing regions.
  • Balances service versus costs in making daily supply-demand balancing decisions.
  • Uses system alerts to identify and resolve potential supply issues.
  • Execute "Best Practice" supply planning processes to contribute to maximizing customer service, minimizing cost and optimizing inventory.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Planning in receiving location, Production Planning in sourcing facilities, Transportation, Warehouse Operations and Customer Service (Daily/Weekly) to achieve efficient, cost effective supply planning to meet CS&L service and cost goals/ KPIs.
  • Uses Supply Chain data and analytical tools effectively including SAP and Business Warehouse.
  • Shares ideas, knowledge, and best practices to improve Logistics/Supply Chain processes and solve problems.
  • Supports the continuous improvement of the business processes related to finished goods, replenishment, inventory management and system utilization.

Basic Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or  Planning
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with SAP/APO tools
  • Proficient in English/ Spanish
  • Decision making driven by analytics
