Provides administrative support to the day-to-day activities to the Indirect Procurement Organization.  Convert Shopping Carts (SCs) into Purchase Orders (POs), Supplier Managment, Catalog Management following the Procurement Operations Center (POC) SOBP’s and support CAC / POC Level 2 issues

Delivers business and/or systems & process improvements that result in time saving, administration of purchases,  automation, suppliers reduction, time reduction, etc by applying Project Management methodology.


Main Responsibilities

  • Purchase Order Management:
  • Review SC requisition requirements and work efficiently with requesters and Indirect Procurement to fulfill the requisition in the form of a Purchase Order to the appropriate Supplier within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs.)
  • Liaise with requestors and Indirect Procurement to drive spend through preferred suppliers and drive spend through Catalogs
  • Retrigger POs to the supplier if required.
  • Process any PO Changes as requested by Indirect Procurement
  • Monitor any PO replication errors from SRM to SAP and correct any issues
  • Monitor any PO transmission errors (RZ20) between the Colgate and the Suppliers
  • Ensure audit readiness of all purchasing documents
  • Manage Cart flow in compliance with Divisional Clip level and Auto flip requirements
  • Customer Assistance Service:
  • Resolve Level 2 POC Ticket queries within the defined SLA in the CBS request system
  • Escalate (charms ticket) to GSSO to support Technical needs
  • Supplier Management:
  • Perform Data Specialist role
  • Initiate in the MDM system , new, unblock and extend supplier requests or changes to the vendor master per direction from IP Category Lead
  • Address, with the Indirect Procurement Buyer/stakeholder, any Block Invoice issues
  • Catalog Management:
  • Manage  Internal  Catalog work flow
  • Manage cut over of all changes to catalog production for both Internal and Punchout



  • Active students with availability of working hours  (8:00 am to 5:00 pm), or any Bachelor's degree
  • Intermediate English level
