The main objectives of the Search Manager are to:

- Elevate the importance and execution of Search in the region

- Support eCommerce initiatives

- Identify and test new digital capabilities

- Support IBE with strategic technical assessments to promote and accelerate the digital transformation in Latam

 

The principal Duties and Responsibilities are:

Work with Global, regional CP & agency Search teams, as well as external partners (Google and eTailers) to:

- Develop and keep a search strategy updated, as this discipline evolves

- Ensure top ranking positions for the most important terms of all categories in Google and eTailers sites

- Generate qualified traffic to the company websites and eTailers

- Provide insights, trends and recommendations to update keyword lists and develop new content pieces 

- Monitor and report results to all relevant stakeholders, using the success metrics defined

- Train the marketing community to be more search savvy and perform local initiatives

 

Support eCommerce efforts and teams with digital media expertise, basic & advanced content development, storage and maintenance, new features in the websites, aiming at increasing exposure, sales and conversion 

 

Provide technical support and assessment on new technologies and tools that can help accomplish the 2025 strategic digital initiatives

 

Develop people to build a best in class team with the required technical and leadership competencies, to face the new challenges of a data driven, people centric and agile market & organization.

 

Education level:

- Bachelor’s Degree 

- Constant training to understand the latest trends, technologies, tools and opportunities

 

Requirements include:

- Solid knowledge and 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing 

- 4 years of experience in Search

- Knowledge and experience in all digital marketing disciplines (paid, owned and earned media, search, programmatic buying, martechs, mobile, data, social etc)

- Leadership and management experience in an ever evolving digital market to build, develop and motivate people, as well as to work with multifunctional regional & local teams, outside partners and vendors

- Experience in ecommerce

- Fluent English

- Fluent Spanish
