About The Role

 

Join Filorga! A dynamic and innovative company committed to excellence in beauty and wellness. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

 

The Sales Analyst will manage and analyze sales data, provide critical insights through reports, and support the Key Account Managers through specialized tracking analysis.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Sales Data Management: Handle the management of Sell-In and Sell-Out information.
  • Reporting: Generate daily sales reports to monitor performance effectively.
  • Budget Management: Update internal controls for Budget, May LE, and September LE.
  • Database Management: Create and maintain a database of doctors categorized by specialty, cities, and number of doors.
  • Route Optimization: Maintain and update sales reps' routes to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Sales Analysis: Conduct monthly analyses by area and catalog to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Distribution Reporting: Develop a national numeric distribution report to assess market penetration.
  • Promotion Analysis: Analyze monthly and quarterly promotions and track new product penetration.
  • Investment Tracking:Monitor investments, particularly those involving special investments in doctors, and measure ROI.
  • KAM Support: Provide specialized analysis support to Key Account Managers.

 

Basic Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • At least +1 years of functional experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Suite
  • Intermediate English Level (50%)
  • Experience handling large databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proactive and eager to learn.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
