Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:
  • Strategic budget management 
  • Drive efficiency on Budgeting processes to forecast and track expenses
  • Coordinate Budget creation and alignment with key stakeholders
  • Ensure timely payment to agencies
• Workload management & Drive Efficient Ways of Working:
  • Forecast Design projects workload. Planning and prioritization.
  • Consultant of best practices for project acceleration
  • Support in Launching Global Tools and training.
• Vendors Management (Design agencies):
  • Strategically expand design vendors and manage legal contracts.
  • Negotiate Design rate cards partnering with Procurement. Seek opportunities to maximize Design investment
  • Assess vendors performance through processes and scorecards to elevate Design Quality.
• Design capability management:
  • Help onboard new members
  • Document key processes
  •  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 2 years experience in a similar position with process or continuous improvement.
• Advanced English level.
• Proficiency in Excel
• Desirable experience with Project Management tools
