The Key CDM will develop and support the partnership between Filorga and physicians, helping to synchronize our strategies and the account's strategies to increase demand and account support for our profitable growth. KCDM needs to be in touch with key figures within clinics and distributors. Main KPI's will be sell in, sell out, new potential customers and recommendation increase.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify the business needs of physicians and help develop and sell proactive business solutions across the full supply chain with the objectives of increase sales, gain share of shelve and physician's recommendation.
  • Develop a network of contacts throughout the clinic / pharmacies in order to influence all decision points, improve understanding and increase data access: Doctors, staff, nurses, buyers, marketing, etc.
  • Analyse sell-out information to find opportunities and drive actions that will help maintain Filorga's growth.
  • Ensure that staff is always updated in Filorga products, launches and reformulations. Work hand in hand with training team to plan Top Customers training
  • Ensure preparation of negotiation with TOP customers reflecting all investment as commercial activities, marketing tools such as testers, gimmicks, events, etc. As well as handle the execution of account investment strategies
  • Coordinate preparation with Marketing & Training and ensure timely delivery of tailored category presentations and in store events.
  • Attend regular formal meetings of cross-functional team to review critical metrics, issues and action plans
  • Conduct quarterly meetings with accounts to review business performance vs. plan (Distributors & Sales Reps)
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports of variation volume and sales and connect with key partners
  • Track SKUs involved in all Filorga and competitive promotions to build up history of account activity
  • Ensure post-evaluation of ALL promotion activity for accounts in PromoPower format, support with qualitative commentary, and communicate results to Sales / Marketing
  • Use results of promotion evaluations to revise account tactics
  • Request merchandising support from Category Management group and ensure excellence of execution instore. "Perfect Filorga Clinic"
  • Pre-evaluate all investments to ensure they are financially viable and are aligned with strategy
  • Coordinate monthly meetings with Credit Control Department to review status and resolve issues
  • Monitor competitive activity and feedback recommended actions to Marketing and Sales Management
  • Work with Customer Service ensure product is available in the relevant warehouse when the order is placed
  • Monitor account inventory levels where possible to anticipate customer demand

Basic requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related area
  • 3+ of experience in Sales
  • Proficient English Skills
  • French is a differential
