Position Purpose:


Co-lead communication strategy and campaigns development to enhance brand relevance and elevate meaningful connections.



Let’s talk about main responsibilities:


  • Lead Brand Experience Strategy by working in partnerships with Brand Managers to ensure BPM is embedded in al IMC´s to build our brands.

  • Bring to life IBE Core Capabilities: ACPL Journey, Brand Experience Calendar leveraging on Search, Audiences, Equity, Conversion and 1st Party Data, Owned Media
    - Assist in the strategy of digital marketing activities/ communication such as website development, content creation and localization, SEO/SEM, display media, videos, partnerships and e-commerce.

  • Coach brand teams to ensure digital assets are complying with the market best practices and company guidelines. 

  • Coordinate the roll out of regional projects (corporate sites, professional sites, global campaigns, etc) in Latin America subsidiaries.

  • Assist marketing teams at Latin America subsidiaries in the strategy and implementation of local digital activities that require website development.

  • Ensure that the digital marketing mandates, standards, guidelines and best practices are followed in the region. Conduct meetings with BIG team, regional agencies and other suppliers to share the digital process and overall communication learnings.

  • Include website requests in the campaign briefs, and be responsible for content approval , legal reviews if it is the case, image/video usage rights, etc.

  • Lead Digital Experimentation (Test & Learn) 

  • Coordinate with IBE 1st party data gathering and develop strategy & action plan 

  • Interactionion w/ Insights Managers and Brand Managers to implement studies (f.e Youtube/ Facebook/ Nielsen/ Ipsos)

  • Manage Always On/Equity production budget 


What you need for this position:


  • Bachelor Degree

  • At least  6+ years experience working with digital fundamentals: websites, search, digital media, CRM/ database marketing, social media, mobile marketing, programmatic, measurement & optimization.

  • English Proficiency

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.  Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Experience working with digital / creative agencies and offshore resources

  • Strong project management skills
