About The Role
The Customer Development Manager is responsible for achievement of Sales targets through excellence in the 6P's execution at the direct and indirect point of sale where planning CP/Direct Retailers/Service Providers activities are key.
They must develop and support the partnership between Hills Direct retailers/Service Providers (Distributors & Veterinarians) at the customer’s headquarters, at the store and regional level by nurturing contacts and negotiating with Distributors & Veterinarians, they provide feedback on the in-store environment which allows rapid revision of competitive tactics.
Main Responsibilities:
- Business Development and Monitoring
- Customer development (Mainly Distributors)
- Customer Execution
- Develop Strategy to channel growth
- GTM

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience completed
- At least +5 years of proven experience on the Commercial area
- Previous experience in positions as Account Manager, Sales Leader or similar
- Previous experience leading Teams
- English Proficiency
- Google Suite Proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong selling skills.
- Excellent skills in time management, planning and managing budgets
Travel Requirements:
- Availability to travel within the country up to 50% of the time
