The Cash Application Analyst will be responsible for posting and applying customer payments (electronic or manual) to the related invoices based on customer remittance advice against open AR;  ensuring the Cash received on a daily basis is applied timely on its respective date, and analyzing and solving customer payment exceptions and creating the respective residual items. Processing offsets/clearings requested by Collection & Deductions’ teams.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Verify Bank Statements to register daily cash income. 

  • Loading and posting payment details into SAP, received via LBX or Wire transfer. 

  • Post processing exception handling for cash payments; related to Tax receipts or Tax stamp.

  • Manual application of customers’ payments using remittance advice whenever available.

  • Escalate in a timely manner any unidentified incoming to be properly registered within the period.

  • Assist with preparation of daily and weekly AR reporting.

  • Process Offsets, Write Offs and Collection requests; to update AR Balances for accuracy.

  • Assist with the update of Bank Information to increase auto-applied rate.

  • Banking income reconciliation vs Collections applied (on Daily basis).

  • Assist with the processing of Return Items when operation requires.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economy, Business Administration or related field

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in credit to cash 

  • Proficiency with SAP, Word, Excel,Google collaborative tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides, AODocs, etc)

  • Basic knowledge of the Order to Cash process, banking and payment transactions, Financial Statements and financial ratios 

  • Proficiency in English

  • Prior experience in a Customer Service environment (desirable)
