Position Purpose:
 
Responsible of Customer Investment Planning, Accruals of GTN, Financial Summaries, Align Commercial Strategies with Financial Objectives/KPIs, Profitability Performance Tracking and Internal Controls Assurance.
 
 
Let’s talk about responsibilities:
 
- Budget & LE’s preparation. Estimated of Investment base on Net Sales objectives and promotional Grid approved by CP.
- Commercial Activity Grid valuated by activity, Quarterly basis and tracking any changes that Company needs.
- Accrual register (Rebates) based on Grid approved in MCBPD, T&C and Tactical activities.
- P&L Analysis up to Margin by CDT, Areas/Regions and Customers.
- Profitability analysis by Customer & Sub-Category
- Settlement of Accruals vs Real commitment with Customers.
- Feasibility analysis, Acid Test and Accounts Receivable balance review by CDT & Customer.
- Monthly Financial Summary preparations and get discussion with the Commercial Team.
- Store check, active participation in commercial meetings, interaction with various financial areas.
 
What you need for this position:
 

• Bachelor's Degree in financial or administrative areas.
• 3-4 years of experience in budget management, planning, commercial finance or controlling.
• Experience in financial evaluation of promotional activities and business planning process.
• Planning process management, approval, provisions and payment of customers promotions.
• Advanced English
• Advanced Excel 

 
Desirable:

• Commercial Areas experience
• Auditor experience
• SAP Knowledge
