About the role:

 

As part of the CBS Learning Team, this position is responsible - in partnership with the CoHRE team - for evaluating vendors and facilitating the vendor selection processes. The role is also responsible to maintain the preferred vendor list and rate cards, and own vendor specific administrative tasks such as vendor invoice processing.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Lead regular review of vendor usage
  • Serve as gatekeeper of information for vendor management and selection of vendors for specific learning needs
  • Manage escalation issues 
  • Participate in the vendor selection process in partnership with procurement and CoHRE
  • Collaborate with CoHRE to identify needs within the organization that new vendors could address
  • Evaluate vendors and facilitate vendor selection
  • Work with CoHRE to create and maintain vendor strategy
  • Collaborate with procurement on Annual Vendor Review
  • Track vendor performance through collaboration with stakeholders and manage corrective actions
  • Assist in vendor statement of work
  • Do purchase order creation and invoice processing/troubleshooting
  • As required, initiate SOW Procurement and Legal process in the system
  • Track, monitor, and report budget

 

What do you need for this position:

 

  • Bachelor education, Master preferred
  • At least 3 years of vendor management and/or invoicing processes experience 
  • 3+ years of Learning Vendor management on the ground experience (deseable)
  • English: fluent (speaking, reading, writing)
