As a Logistic Deductions Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing deductions Logistics (e.g. Shortages & Vendor Compliance), Communicating to Logistic /Commercial CDT´s and Customer Alliance any missing support for deduction open items and clear credit notes vs proporter deduction. Also analyzing and solving customer payment, Collection, Credit Management and Deduction management exceptions.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Review, investigate, and resolve customer deduction claims (e.g., shortages, vendor compliance issues), ensuring claims are valid and supporting accurate billing.
  • Communicate regularly with customers and internal teams—including logistics, credit, collections, and supply chain—to resolve deduction issues and recover disputed funds.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure deduction process efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead the month-end close process for deductions by preparing performance reports, summaries, and meeting materials while ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding claims.
  • Propose and implement process improvements in deduction handling, reverse logistics, and automation to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional meetings and support customer requests, escalations, and dispute resolution, ensuring great customer experiences.
  • Assess customer payment trends, review credit limits, analyze payment term change requests, and support collection efforts as needed.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in logistics, accounts receivable, credit management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
  • Proactive mindset, continuously looking for process improvement and efficiency opportunities.

 

What do you need to apply?

  • Finance , Economic, Logistics or Administrative Degree
  • 1 to 3 years of Experience in Finance or Administrative Areas
  • Minimum of 1 year at C2C processes (Desired)
  • Microsoft package & ERP (Desired)
  • Strong oral and written communication in English
