As a GTN Deduction Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing commercial deductions (such as promotions, pricing, returns, damages, audits, etc.) and supporting the resolution of payment and credit issues with our customers. You’ll work closely with commercial teams, local finance, and customers to ensure that processes run smoothly and efficiently, minimizing any negative impact for the company.

 

What will you do?

 

  • Monitor and review commercial deductions and payment exceptions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve discrepancies, ensuring proper credit and payment flows.
  • Prepare monthly reports on deduction status and suggest improvements.
  • Lead follow-up meetings and coordinate actions to resolve disputes or pending items with customers.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement and team initiatives. What are we looking for? - Experience or interest in deduction management, finance, or commercial analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

 

What do you need to apply?

 

  • Accountant, Finance, Economic & Administrative or similar/related Degree
  • 1 to 3 years of Experience in Finance Areas
  • 1 year of experience with Accounts Receivable
  • Experience with Deductions for the commercial function of a company
  • Strong oral and written communication in English (Bilingual/Advanced)
