This position works using technology to streamline and improve business processes; Provide Quality Management Systems and business process knowledge for the analysis, design, and development of applications; Follow up and take proper actions to provide IT support to issues resolution following the Standard Operating Procedure in Global Information Technology (GIT).

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Strong desire to expand knowledge of Quality Management Systems knowledge and Supply Chain solutions.
  • Understands and applies Information Technology standards to daily support and project implementation activities.
  • Apply conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to solve complex business processes and procedural problems.
  • Identify and assess new technologies and concepts that can add value to the business
  • Manage and/or perform the design, testing and applications of SAP systems configuration in line with agreed timeframes, business requirements and global standards.
  • Maintain Production Systems reliability through correct utilization of GIT standard support and Governance processes
  • Support day to day business requirements according to Global SLA.
  • Deliver solutions to solve business requirements considering priorities and resources available.
  • Partner with other internal Information Technology organizations and other cross-functional business units as necessary.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with GIT Peers, Business partners, customers and external resources to deliver business requirements
  • Lead and coordinate implementation of medium and large size projects across the division.
  • Participate and contribute in special projects or initiatives such as institutional programs, committees and others.  
  • Collaborate with other GIT and external partners to deliver business requirements.
  • Understand and apply GIT 5 Steps Methodology to build plans and implement Projects.
  • Coordinate activities of internal and/or external resources according to project needs.

 

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge in any of the following SAP Supply Chain modules: MM, PP or QM.
  • Proven track record of performance with at least 5 years on IT roles implementing ERP solutions and SaaS platforms  integrations,  participating in solution design, configuration, implementation and support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or Business.
  • Intermediate/advanced english.
  • Manufacturing or Quality SAP R3/S4 implementations and non SAP application knowledge at technical level ( e.g, SaaS IT Management).
  • Implementation Methodologies like Agile, ASAP, Scrum, etc.
  • Desirable Quality compliance systems experience in areas of Audit, Management of Change, Document Management, Quality Investigations, Deviations. 
  • Desirable knowledge about following Production Data Objects:  Material Master, Bill of material, ECN. 
  • Desirable knowledge in SaaS platforms like ETQ, SpecRight or any other. 
  • Desirable knowledge in integration platforms like APIs, web services, etc. 
  • Plus: SAP ABAP knowledge.
  • Willingness to learn or develop SaaS platforms expertise.
