Job Summary
Coordinate that compensation policies are applied according to global guidelines and premises, continually review fixed and variable staff benefits, analyze and give accurate advice to employees regarding their particular cases. Ensure the accurate functioning of internal processes, be in continuous contact with the profit market to provide competitiveness at all levels. Provide the highest reliability to both internal customers and external.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare, manage and monitor the accurate application of the annual benefits budget
- Handle the renewal of the Medical Expenses and Life Insurance annually
- Trigger the life insurance payment process in claims
- Check up benefit administration
- Administration of the Sports Club benefit
- Administration and monitoring for the Retirement Plan
- Audits the correct functioning of the Benefits Portal and coordinates work meetings with the team located in the United Kingdom and with the Global Benefits team
- Make the month closings, employee registrations and cancellations and payroll closings monthly
- Manage the monthly reimbursement for the Minor Medical Expenses plan
- Monitoring and management of Medical Expense implants
- Leader of the Live Better program, managing the budget and designing a variety of activities for employees
- Monitors and monitors in conjunction with the occupational health area of accidents due to risk of work, as well as to follow up on the agreements with Hospitals for emergency care medical
- Participate in specialized exchange groups
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor of Administration or Career to Finish
- Two years of experience Human Resources
- English 80%
- Knowledge of insurance and medical plans management
- Management of Google Tools
- Intermediate Excel handling
Preferred qualifications include:

▪ Experience in Compensations and/or Benefits
▪ Experience in Personnel management
