Job Porpouse: 

This position works using technology to streamline and improve business processes; Provide IT and business process knowledge for the analysis, design, and development of applications; Follow up and take proper actions to provide IT support to issues resolution following the Standard Operating Procedure in Global Information Technology (GIT).

What will you do?

• Understands and applies Information Technology standards to daily support and project implementation activities.
• Apply conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to solve complex business processes and
  procedural problems.
• Identify and assess new technologies and concepts that can add value to the business
• Manage and/or perform the design, testing and applications of SAP systems configuration in line with agreed timeframes, business requirements and global standards.
• Maintain Production Systems reliability through correct utilization of GIT standard support and Governance processes
• Support day to day business requirements according to Global SLA.
• Deliver solutions to solve business requirements considering priorities and resources available.
• Partner with internal Information Technology Organizations such as Global Development, Risk Management and the Global Shared Service Organization and other cross-functional business units as necessary.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with GIT Peers, Business partners, customers and external resources to deliver business requirements
• Lead and coordinate implementation of medium and large size projects across the division.
• Participate and contribute in special projects or initiatives such as institutional programs, committees and others. 
• Collaborate with other GIT and external partners to deliver business requirements.
• Coordinate activities of internal and/or external resources according to project needs.

Required Qualifications

• A proven track record of performance with at least 2 years (desirable) on IT role developing, configuring and implementing Plant maintenance SAP solutions
• Supporting and implementing Plant Maintenance systems / Shop Floor systems
• Interest to develop in functional SAP Supply Chain & Manufacturing solutions
• Interested in learning new technologies ( RPA, Machine learning, etc.)
• Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and business needs in technical specifications (English and Spanish).
• Strong ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, technologies, individuals and cultures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or Business.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish - Desireable).
• SAP Plant Maintenance process basic knowledge
• Desirable SAP ABAP / MII / ALE / API  programing and configuration knowledge
• Desirable SAP knowledge on Supply Chain Modules: MM, PP, QM
• Desirable Shop Floor system knowledge
• Desirable Server administration/Networking knowledge
• Desirable leading IT projects or  Project Manager
• Desirable Knowledge of Implementation Methodologies like Agile, ASAP, Scrum, etc.
