We are looking for a Quality Systems Data Manager to bridge the gap between global consumer feedback and product excellence. In this role, you won’t just manage databases; you will be the engine that transforms daily complaint data into actionable insights, driving 'Right First Time' principles across our global footprint. If you have a passion for data storytelling and a knack for high-level quality systems, we want to hear from you.

 

Some of the things you'll get to work on in this role will include:

  • Design,  develop and manage databases for Quality systems,  specially consumer complaints data sources.

  • Track and trend Consumer Complaints globally on a daily basis, leverage consumer complaint data to drive product improvements and innovation.

  • Work in close partnership with the Quality consumer complaints managers and Consumer Affairs team to ensure seamless communication, alignment, and collaboration in addressing consumer feedback and complaints thru the analysis and organization of data.

  • Use data analytics tools like Snowflake, Domo and or other data sources for deeper insights into the Quality systems applicable.

  • Conduct Training on data management and analysis to facilitate the interpretation and implementation of preventive and predictive approaches.

  • Provide administrative & technical support to Global Quality personnel for the Global Consumer Affairs CRM database (Emplifi Agent) and ETQ Modules.  

  • Speak to Regulatory Agencies as required.

  • Support Module Design and Modification of Quality databases related,   Management of Change, Audit Management, Investigation and CAPAs  to ensure right first time principals.

  • Special projects as directed.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or science related field

  • 5 years of relevant experience

  • Basic experience  or certifications in Quality Management.

  • Demonstrated ability to work on disparate data sets in a SQL environment

Prefereed Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of business process systems such as Global Consumer Affairs CRM, SAP, Google Suite (Google Doc, Sheets, Slides, and Forms), Excel, Snowflake, DOMO, ETQ

  • Basic understanding of Quality Systems

  • Working Knowledge in SQL, EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis), and Visual Storytelling.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to develop and express ideas; build a cross functional network and build consensus.

  • Excellent written and presentation skills.


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $86,000.00 - $121,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
