En tant que Délégué Pharmaceutique, tu seras rattaché.e à un Directeur Régional et auras pour objectifs de : 

 

  • Gérer et accompagner le portefeuille clients de ton secteur géographique .

  • Développer la part de marché et la visibilité de la marque sur ton secteur.

  • Prospecter pour ouvrir de nouveaux points de vente.

 

Tes missions seront les suivantes : 

 

COMMERCIAL

 

  • Préparer tes visites. 

  • Visiter et gérer quotidiennement les pharmacies, parapharmacies et magasins sélectifs (marionnaud, monoprix) de ton secteur pour prendre les commandes. 

  • Assurer la promotion des produits. 

  • Prospecter et conquérir de nouveaux clients sur ton secteur. 

  • Aider au bon recouvrement des commandes.

  • Assurer la meilleure visibilité de la marque.

 

SELL OUT

 

  • Négocier de la visibilité additionnelle selon les activations et priorités du plan marketing et/ou accords négociés via les outils mis à disposition (réglette, présentoir, planogramme, kit TG etc.).

  • S’assurer de la correcte représentation de la gamme en linéaire (respect des planogrammes…).

  • Assurer de l’impact des challenges et accompagner dans sa mise en place. 

 

FORMATIONS et EVENTS

 

  • Former et apporter du conseil aux équipes officinales sur l’utilisation des produits. 

  • Réaliser des évents avec les équipes officinales. 

 

ANALYSE/REPORTING

 

  • Analyser ton activité afin d’améliorer le suivi et le développement des ventes de ton secteur.

  • Remonter les informations : reporting, veille concurrentielle…

  • Assurer un reporting qualitatif quotidien.

  • Identifier le potentiel et les besoins spécifiques de tes clients pour faire des préconisations d’actions à mettre en place. 

 

TON PROFIL : 

 

  • Tu as une ou plusieurs expériences dans le domaine pharmaceutique et terrain ?
  • Tu disposes d’au moins 2 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire.
  • Tu possèdes le permis B.

 

  • Tu as un goût prononcé pour la vente.
  • Tu es reconnu.e pour ton relationnel, tu fais preuve d’agilité et tu as le sens du résultat.
  • Tu es force de proposition et challenger. 
  • Tu es reconnu.e pour ton sens de l’organisation et ton autonomie. 
  • Tu fais preuve d’un très bon esprit d’équipe.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $ - $ USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
