Role Summary:
As the Customer Development Manager for the Dominican Republic, you will own the localized P&L and hold directional responsibility for delivering sales objectives across volume, spending, and retail execution. In this role, you will formulate and execute strategic commercial plans that maximize profitability and customer service while championing a collaborative, "win-win" mindset across cross-functional teams. By leveraging consumer and shopper insights, you will drive incremental growth and strengthen our brand equity in alignment with broader Retail Environment strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to directly influence market impact and spearhead key commercial initiatives in a dynamic region.
Responsibilities:

Lead the translation of commercial targets into comprehensive, long-term customer business plans while managing the P&L and maximizing volume, productivity, and profitability.

Direct the combined sales and retail execution efforts of direct reports and broker personnel across all designated accounts.

Formulate and execute account-specific strategies that boost market share, optimize pricing, and enhance promotional effectiveness.

Partner closely with key commercial stakeholders and joint external accounts to design and deploy customer investment and retail environment strategies.

Conduct robust analyses of business and promotional trends, evaluating return on investment (ROI), lift, and cannibalization metrics to continuously refine tactical execution.

Oversee systematic post-evaluation analysis of retail activities, delivering qualitative findings to the broader commercial organization to maximize future investment levers.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or commercial and related fields

At least 3-5 years of experience in sales roles or adjacent

At least 1 year of previous experience managing Traditional Trade

Intermediate-advanced English language proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:

2 years of experience in FMCG companies

Microsoft Office/Google Suite proficiency (Sheets, Slides, Docs)

Prior experience analyzing third-party market data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar) and internal client data sources
