Job Title: Customer Development Executive
Location: Brazil-Rio de Janeiro
Job Summary
As a Customer Development Executive, you will be responsible for professionally representing Colgate-Palmolive, managing partner relationships with trust and respect, and commercializing and developing the 5 Ps across different product categories. Your goal will be to profitably increase sales, improve distribution levels, and grow market share in accordance with our business principles.
Main Responsibilities

Implement Colgate-Palmolive's commercial strategies by ensuring the proper execution of the 5 Ps at the point of sale, aiming to generate benefits for both our customers and Colgate-Palmolive by proactively understanding customer needs and recommending solutions for various retail environment demands.

Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.

Monitor territory performance and lead periodic JVP (Joint Value Creation) and T2T (Top-to-Top) meetings.

Plan and organize administrative activities, including budget control, activity monitoring and payment, price list updates, inventory management, promotional quota tracking, contact mapping, and account balance control.

Ensure compliance with the credit policies established by the company.

Conduct field visits to monitor planned activities, observe competition, identify opportunities, and share insights with the commercial team to develop strategies that respond to competitive market changes.

Maintain proactive communication with customers (Wholesale & Cash & Carry) to present quarterly plans, JVPs, product launches, promotions, flyers/circulars, price markdowns, and all available sales tools.

Analyze data generated through analytics tools (Neogrid/Nielsen/Scanntech) to make sound decisions that drive and expand the business, such as sell-out actions/loyalty clubs, negotiating and tracking growth plans, increasing distribution, growing market share, productivity, and brand loyalty.

Utilize "Super Clube" as a tool to develop and accelerate sell-through with C&C external sales teams (where applicable).

Train customer and store personnel on campaigns, product launches, and related initiatives.

Develop analytical insights leveraging artificial intelligence tools used at Colgate-Palmolive.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering or related fields.

Commercial experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) / Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

Data & Analytics proficiency, specifically using information to generate actionable insights.

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Scanntech, Neogrid, and Nielsen tools.
