Role Summary:

As a Customer Development Executive you'll manage the implementation of the 7p's of the different product categories and the relationship with the Supermarkets Channel in order to increase sales profitably, improve levels of their POS distribution and market shares, in accordance with our business principles and maintaining a healthy credit portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Performance Tracking: Manage full-cycle revenue by monitoring Sell-in/Sell-out and market share (SOM) against CVS targets at both SKU and category levels.
  • Inventory & Supply Optimization: Analyze inventory days and sub-category stock levels to provide strategic recommendations that prevent out-of-stocks or overstocking.
  • Financial Stewardship: Monitor trade investments, ensure the liquidation of approved promotional plans (deals), and strictly enforce credit and collection policies.
  • Strategic Growth & Planning: Identify opportunities to drive category growth and SOM through data-driven proposals and proactive field "Store Checks."
  • Performance Analytics: Maintain up-to-date Masterfile KPIs and Scorecards on a monthly basis to identify business gaps and execution opportunities.
  • Portfolio Execution: Guarantee the prompt listing and "Perfect Store" assortment of New Products (NPI) across all assigned banners.

 
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Development Direct Trade (Supermarkets)
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel
  • SAP management experience
  • Intermediate English Level

 
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced English level
  • Knowledge of eCommerce
  • Proficiency in Google Slides
