The consultant will influence and build long-term relationships with dentists, ensuring the recommendation, prescription, and effective use of our products in the dental office.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Visit dentists providing detailed technical-scientific announcements and sampling hygiene and professional line products.
  • Conduct research, analyses, and reports in your database of dentists.
  • Directly responsible for the sales of personalized and electric toothbrushes, professional product line in the office.
  • Establish relationships with dentists from your base and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Increase demand generation for Colgate products in pharmacies where we have dentists attended by the consultant.
  • Develop strategies to achieve professional prescription rates from dentists in your base and pharmacy discount coupon indication in partner networks. As well as visitation goals.
  • Visit pharmacies to boost sales of underperforming Colgate products.
  • Active participation in the transformation of the area with planning, Analytics, and Business Attitude.

 

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

Basic requirements include:

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Administration, Advertising, or Dentistry (diploma)

 

Experience:

  • Desirable to have experience in the commercial area with a focus on sales, customer service, and demand/revenue generation of products
  • Desirable experience with commercial activities in the dental class
  • Desirable experience in preparing business plans, professional presentations, and client management

 

Skills:

  • Knowledge in the Office Suite and Google tools (necessary knowledge in Excel and Google spreadsheets)
  • Basic or intermediate English

 

Others:

  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Reside in Curitiba

 

Travel Requirements
