The job:
We want to drive profitable business growth together with the commercial team. Understanding the dynamics driving our business will be critical for success in this role. Skillful planning and forecasting ensures our financial investments are always focused on growth-driving projects and activities.
As the Commercial Financial Analyst, you will:
Help build a leading forecasting process:

Using your business knowledge, help build robust financial models to support the forecast process.

Working together with the commercial team, analyze and explain the model outcomes and provide direction for strategic business decisions.

Deliver error-free budget submissions and forecasts, on time to our European HQ.

Liaising with our European HQ, provide insights and explanations to support the Nordic submissions.
Support the commercial team with investment decisions :

Provide ROI calculations for customer investment projects, evaluating growth and profitability potential.

Help the marketing team understand their advertising and promotional spending.

Elevating the profile of Nordic finance, devise and promote initiatives that expedite the daily activities of the commercial team.
Is this something for you?

You have a degree in Business administration, finance or accounting.
-
Passion for delivering high quality work supported by a natural attention to detail.

Ambitions for a global career in a world renowned FMCG company.

Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Advanced skills in MS Excel and, ideally, experience with BI and SAP.

Able to manage multiple concurrent projects independently, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and with a high standard of quality.

Strong attention to detail, able to quality check your own work for anomalies/mistakes prior to delivery of work to stakeholders.

Hands-on “can do” approach, with willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner and work with cross-functional teams.

Proficient English skills both speaking and in writing.
