Now there is a fantastic opportunity for a curious and passionate Associate Brand Manager to join our Northern Europe Hub Team. Could this be you? 

 

Job Purpose

We work daily with the world's largest and most popular brands like Ajax, Dunlet, Softlan, Vel and Klorin,  and you will be a part of this team,  which ensures they continue being the favorite brand for consumers in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. 

 

To consistently deliver the category and brand objectives, aligned to the overall Division strategy and agreed priorities and support driving our digital transformation.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with local markets to ensure projects that will add to their continue growth are approved and delivered on time for launch

  • Main contact point to Division on delivering our product launch. From when receiving the Kick-off form, Artwork-Text form and timeplan to make sure all steps are signed and approved from all parts. Then to be uploaded in our internal system BEAT with a brief on the change in Artwork.  

  • Build effective partnerships across the Nordic commercial organisation, Innovation and Category Manufacturing service, Regulatory and key local business partnerships.

  • Play a critical role in ensuring the quality and the schedule are adhered to and must be there to also be able to prioritize and push back if we can not deliver on time.

 

Personal Attributes

  • Bachelor and/or Master degree in eg. Marketing, Business Administration or similar

  • 1-2 years project management experience

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Good commercial and financial understanding

  • Creativity

  • Relationship building ability with brilliant communication skills

  • Fluent in Swedish or Danish a plus not required

  • Fluent English 

  • Digital savvy

 

For this role: 

  • We are looking for you who are service-minded, have an eye on process management and love to have several projects running at the same time. You need to be open and collaborative. Your flexibility taps into handling dialogues and alignment virtually across our different markets. 
  • You have an eye for details - big and small, and work systematically to secure world class quality and delivery in which you take pride. 
  • You need to be proactive and self-motivated to naturally follow up and chase closing of tasks cross functional. 
  • Ongoing daily support on ad hoc tasks is part of your varied responsibilities. 
  • Your background can be diverse. You do have experience with support, administration and project management/coordination, preferably from a consulting agency or a similar function in a larger global company / matrix organization. It is an advantage if you have previously sat in such a support function and you know you feel comfortable in this role.

 

Key challenges

  • You will interact with many stakeholders across our Hub and manage several projects at the same time. This will challenge your ability to prioritize, communicate clearly and get what you need in time for your deadlines. 
  • A task that you will be responsible for is when we get a schedule for a project from the production a so-called KOF (Kick-Off form) then you must ensure our products to the Nordics come safely through all the steps that follow from that schedule , which is shared with us. It requires you to get in touch with many different departments in the company.
  • You will navigate different digital tools and platforms internally and externally. This will require your ability to think logically and be one step ahead. Constant high volume of activity and required actions will challenge your set plans. 
  • Part of launching a new product also means supporting the local markets with their requested  information. You will support them to secure updated packshots, safety data sheets, dimensions, expected delivery at local warehouse ect.
