We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Supervisor - Operation Excellence (Labor Capability & Learning) to join our team!

 

What you will do

  • Acts as an improvement leader on the finishing process to supervise the team to carry on the production and meet the target with high quality and safety

  • Creates, encourages, implements and maintains continuous plant operation and work system improvement to ensure that the plant’s overall performance is moving toward the manufacturing excellence concept

  • Continuous work on system improvement and developing systems for improving people such as people capability, training etc.

  • Strengthen the Operation Supervision with Shift Supervisor such as people discipline , people culture etc.

  • Develops the implementation plan and follow up to ensure the improvement success as planned

  • Facilitates sharing of ideas, knowledge and best practices to improve people efficiency

  • Coordinates with all concerns, such as BA&HR for the labor efficiency improvement and people capability improvement, FP&R team for leverage FP&R culture

  • Ensures manpower, raw materials, and equipment are supported in the Finishing process

  • Ensures all equipment are in proper function, materials are available; plant environments are in accordance with safety regulation

  • Ensures all team members strictly adhere to the safety regulations such as wearing protection equipment etc.

  • Promotes safety and quality awareness and carry out FP&R standard

  • Lead saving program by tracking, follow up project progress and update the system

  • Innovate, develop and improve the work system as well as production technologies to enhance moving toward manufacturing excellence

  • Creates a positive attitude towards the company, department and work unit

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Complies with all policies and standards

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field.

  • At least 1 year Consumer Goods Industry Experience

  • At least 2 years Functional Experience

  • Communication skill

  • Business presentation skill

  • Interpersonal Communication Skills, Self-motivation, Process leadership and Project Management skills

  • Computer Literacy (Google Tools, SAP, SCADA program, Wonderware - intouch - inbatch etc.)

  • English Communication (both writing and speaking)

  • Planning and Priority Setting

  • Analysis/Decision Making

  • Teamwork and Collaboration

  • Can effectively use tools and provide training on improvement

  • Understand compliance standards and FP&R standards

  • EHS/Quality/FP&R Leadership
