What you will do; 

 

  • Manage and improve Quality Excellence, EOHS, Repair & Maintenance, Project Engineering and Budget preparation in Logistics Area to ensure Logistics Organization is effective

  • Accelerate People Development both functional skill and people mindset to align with company value and behavior

  • Accountable for the implementation, and monitoring of the Logistics Operating Budget inclusive of all Transportation and Warehousing costs for export operations. Lead efforts to optimize Transportation and Warehousing costs.

  • Managing and Analyzing Warehouse Cost, Transportation Cost and being able to do gap analysis with corrective action to drive improvement.

  • Lead efforts to drive Quality Excellence to ensure Logistics and Co-Packing will be in compliance with Warehouse Quality Standards as well as all regulations from  TGA, FDA, Halal, Disney, AEO.

  • Responsible for operation compliance to all Safety & Quality standards, Regulatory and guidelines (GMP, ISO, EHS etc.) to ensure efficient operation and employee work safely with no tolerance in place.

  • Accountable for Repair and Maintenance for Material Handling Equipment, Batteries, Rack, Building and Facilities as well as managing budget to ensure spending is under control while maintaining maintenance effectiveness.​​​​​​​

  • Optimize the Effective/Efficiency while monitor and control expenditure under the responsibility, deliver "Funding the growth" to ensure the operation cost are effective with the budget, competitive in the Logistics market and among Company subsidiaries​​​​​​​

  • Improve strategic external partners by developing long term relationship to serve customer's requirement and obtain mutual benefits​​​​​​​

  • Work collaborative with related functions internally such as Production, Marketing, Customer service, Customer Development, Finance and etc to ensure that company leads speed to market, customization and have effective End to End Supply Chain ​​​​​​​

  • Monitor operation performance and analyze the KPI to understand the success and predictive response through integrated systems & stong data analytics​​​​​​​

  • Track KPIs and be able to identify gaps as well as developing KPIs for variable bonuses for Shop Floor Employees.​​​​​​​

  • Empower our digital transformation journey by reducing manual processes through the successful implementation of automation technologies. Embrace innovative digital solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and elevate our overall productivity.   • Study, Develop the projects and calculate ROI (Return on Investment) for CEB submission Bi Annual.​​​​​​​

  • Develop a Training Plan and understand the gap. Execute plans effectively to ensure people's competency will be improved.

Qualifications

​​​​​​​

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree of Engineering in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical or related fields.

  • At least 3 years experience in Functional Experience ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  • Continuous improvement mindset and results driven

  • Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment​​​​​​​

  • Good communication & Presentation skills​​​​​​​

  • Good English communication skills both writing and speaking​​​​​​​

  • Proficient in using Google tools is preferable. Other computer skills.


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $ - $ USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
