  • Accountable for the implementation, and monitoring of the Logistics Operating Budget inclusive of all  Transportation and Warehousing costs for export operations. Lead efforts to optimize Transportation  and Warehousing costs. 


  • Lead efforts to drive Quality Excellence to ensure Logistics and Co-Packing will be in compliance  with Warehouse Quality Standards as well as all regulations from TGA, FDA, Halal, Disney. 


  • Lead efforts to drive EOHS Excellence to ensure Logistics and Co-Packing will be in compliance with  EOHS Standards and AEO 


  • Accountable for Repair and Maintenance for Material Handling Equipment, Batteries, Rack, Building  and Facilities as well as managing budgets to ensure spending is under control while maintaining  maintenance effectiveness. 


  • Managing and Analyzing Warehouse Cost, Transportation Cost and being able to do gap analysis with  corrective action to drive improvement. 


  • Develops Training Plan and understands the gap. Execute plans effectively to ensure people competency  will be improved. 


  • Track KPIs and be able to identify gaps as well as developing KPIs for variable bonus for Shop Floor  Employees 


  • Accountable for FTG as FTG Champion for a Hub. 


  • Improve strategic external partners by developing long term relationships to serve customer's  requirement and obtain mutual benefits 


  • Work collaboratively with related functions internally such as Production, Marketing, Customer service,  Customer Development, Finance and etc to ensure that company leads speed to market, customization and have effective End to End Supply Chain 


  • Monitor operation performance and analyze the KPI to understand the success and predictive response  through integrated systems & strong data analytics 


  • Knows and uses the Recovery and Recall procedure 


  • Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.  




  • Master or Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Logistics or related fields.


  • At least 5 years in functional experience.


  • Experience in the consumer goods industry will be an advantage.


  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details.


  • Good negotiation & problem solving skills. Work well with others and can work well under pressure


  • Good English communication skills both writing and speaking


  • Proficient in using Google tools is preferable. Other computer skills i.e. SAP APO, Tableau
