Job Summary
The Quality Documentation Intern is responsible for supporting the site documentation management system and ensuring all documentation standards, records, SOPs, and documented processes meet company and regulatory requirements.
Essential Job functions:

Support for maintaining site quality documentation management system(s) and ensuring compliance to applicable regulations and internal requirements. Conducts periodic reviews / audits of the documentation management systems in accordance with internal standards / requirements.

Supports the site quality team in the assessment of compliance against internal Global Quality & Food Safety Standards. Assists in the development and execution of processes / programs / documentation to close identified gaps

Supports Good Documentation Practices (GDPs) program

Routes documents for signatures

Monitors documentation’s compliance

Facilitates sharing of ideas, knowledge and best practices to improve processes and solve problems

Supports Quality team during internal or external audits
Education:
Basic qualifications include:

B.A./B.S. degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Microbiology, Biochemistry or related field

IItalian speaking proficiency
Preferred qualifications include:
-
Good English speaking/reading skills
Experience:
-
Minimal experience working in a manufacturing environment
Key Competencies:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

General Knowledge of HACCP, cGMPs, and SPC
-
Proficient Computer skills including; Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and SAP
