The Web Content Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the implementation of web content for multiple brands in different LATAM subsidiaries following digital industry standards and best practice as well as following company policies. You will work with main stakeholders, passing from our Digital, eCommerce and Agencies to Marketing, Customer Development and GIT teams.


Let’s talk about the main responsibilities as Web Content Coordinator: 


  • Coordinate the implementation of the division/regional digital campaigns, providing direction and assistance in all areas of digital marketing execution. 

  • Supervise projects and coordinate technical resources as needed within the BEX team for websites, ensuring they are executed in a timely and accurate manner. Communicate and translate requirements to analysts.

  • Assist in the implementation of digital marketing activities such as website development, content creation and localization, SEO/SEM, display media, videos, partnerships and e-commerce implementation.

  • Coordinate the roll out of global projects in division/subsidiaries.

  • Coordinate a team of digital marketing analysts and be responsible for the team’s performance review and individual development plan. Ensure that the objectives of direct reports are aligned with the regional goals. 

  • Organize and manage website related material (content translation, reviews, approvals, image/video usage rights, etc).

  • Create guidelines to improve implementation of digital (sites, ad pieces, videos, online promotion, etc).

  • Support internal information needs with analytics reports.

  • Assist in the implementation of new activities and digital tools.

  • Train team members on development processes, best practices and tools. Make ongoing recommendations to improve processes and workflow to ensure and increase productivity.

  • Establish processes to ensure consistency and improve visibility to all stakeholders of digital projects. 

  • Conduct meetings with regional CP teams, agencies and other suppliers to share the digital process.

  • Report to the Production Lead – project status and time sheets.



What do you need for this position ?


  • Bachelor Degree in Web Design, Interactive Media Design, Multimedia,  Publicity or Graphic Design

  • At least 3 years of experience as a digital marketing analyst or digital web team coordination.

  • Fluent (B2/C2/C1) english

  • Manage and knowledge in HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

  • Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence) 

  • Data Management (Google Data Studio, Dashboarding)


It is an advantage to have: 


  • High Project Management skills

  • Familiar with Google tools (YouTube, Google Analytics, Google Webmasters, etc)
