OBJECTIVE

 

Design, implement and direct, programs and activities of: Prevention and Promotion of Health, Protection of Risks, On-site Medical Care and follow-up to external medical care, to maintain good physical and mental health of Colgate Palmolive workers in the Andean Region, complying with the guidelines on Corporate EOHS and local legislation on SO and Social Security in Health.

 

LET'S TALK ABOUT RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Maintain the good physical and mental health of the Company's workers, implementing Corporate initiatives in OSH, Health and Well-being, guaranteeing compliance with local OSH law. and leading the preventive Medical Check-ups programs at all levels (Executives, Sales, Offices and Plant)

  • Manage the relationship of the Company with Social Security entities in Health (EPS, ARP, Mutuals, IESS) Prepaid medicine / medical insurance and Entities that provide health services, compensation funds, etc.

  • Manage health management systems at work promoting a work environment with low health risks under Corporate guidelines and local legislation in each country, reducing the risks of Occurrence of occupational disease

  • Manage the health care systems within the company, scheduled general consultation, consultation in occupational medicine, response in cases of medical emergencies, stabilization and transfer of patients that require assessment in clinics or hospitals, within the Company according to EOHS corporate standards and local legislation. Guarantee the adequate accreditation of medical services according to the local legislation of the Ministry of Health.

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY?

 

1- Professional in Medicine in the registry of health service providers of the Ministry of Health with a current license as a doctor.

2- Specialization or master's degree in Occupational Health or OSH (occupational health and safety)

3- Current license in OSH (OS) to practice occupational medicine, design, administration and execution of OS (OSH) programs. Education and Training in SO.

4- Experience of 4-5 years in occupational health management / occupational medicine / preventive medicine, in large companies

5- High level of English (Minimum B1)

6- Management of Google / Office tools
