The Maintenance & Project Engineer is responsible for effectively managing maintenance activities/Projects implementation of the Focus Factory, developing collaborative partnerships with CP colleagues. Must deliver the agreed to business results while maintaining positive employee relations. The role include, labor relations, people and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful execution of the maintenance program which include preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, with varying scope, timelines and capital expenditures. Provides adequate tools and training necessary to implement those programs. Utilizes computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for equipment lifecycle optimization, cost control, crewing optimization and continuous improvement.
- Develops and implements projects. Ensures the right projects prioritization. Monitors project progress, modify plans and initiate corrective actions.
- Manage the people, permanent and temporary plant work force. Provides support and guidance to people managed and ensure compliance with policies/procedures for crewing, shift rotation, vacation scheduling.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Engineering Mechanical, desirable automation, electronic, mechatronic, or related field.
- Intermediate English
- 5 years of experience in maintenance for manufacturing plants
- People management experience
- Knowledge in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
