Objective:

Financial Planning Executive is in charge of the overall preparation, analysis and reporting of the subsidiary’s financial statements for Budget, Potentials & LEs. Monitors the NVOs and Advertising investment assuring Budget compliance and adherence to the CFPs.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensures correct and timely reporting in BI & BPC of the Financial Statements for the Month-End Closing (Potentials) and Budget/LEs.

  • Prepares information for the submission of Corporate Exhibits to Division for all estimates, along with analysis and reconciliations regarding previous periods.

  • Overall coordination of the P&L and Balance Sheet inputs for the Budget/LEs preparation with all the business partners.

  • Prepares Zero-base planning for NVOs (excluding Supply Chain & Logistics) and Advertising for Budget/LEs with all areas/departments.

  • Follow-up adherence of actual spend to NVO/Advertising budget, as well as analysis of any deviations from the latest estimate.

  • Ensure compliance of CFPs Accounting principles in our financial accounting.

 

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree Completed

  • 3 years Experience in Finance

  • Experience in General Accounting is a plus

  • Advanced English

  • Advanced Excel
