Objective:

Financial Planning Executive is in charge of preparation of Financial Simulations, analysis and reporting of the subsidiary’s financial statements for Budget, Potentials & LEs. Monitors the NVOs and Advertising investment assuring Budget compliance and adherence to the CFPs.

 

The scope of this role comprises the Venezuela Subsidiary, across all categories where responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • SPIs / SPDs  analysis & support to the commercial team in the implementation

  • Financial Closing activities, report & closing ppts update.

  • Prepares information for the submission of Corporate Exhibits to Division for all estimates, along with analysis and reconciliations regarding previous periods.

  • Preparation of Financial Simulations brands profitability improvement (selling price analysis, new products financial simulations, portfolio mix and cost improvements) 

  • Margin Profitability Tool Qtly update & analysis and participation in Qtly Mkt/ Commercial Brand Presentations.

  • Prepares Zero-base planning for Non-Variable Overheads (excluding Supply Chain & Logistics) and Advertising for Budget/LEs with all areas/departments.

  • Follow-up adherence of actual spend to Non-Variable Overheads/Advertising budget, as well as analysis of any deviations from the latest estimate.

  • Participate in the Commercial Monthly process (CBP) in the Subsidiary and the DP Meeting.

  • Ensure compliance of CFPs Accounting principles in our financial accounting.

 

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree Completed in business administration, economics, engineering or accountancy

  • 3 years of experience in Finance

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills

  • Advanced English level
