Key Responsibilities
Financial Close & Reporting
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close for Plant and Supply Chain.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, P&L variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and SOX requirements.
Costing & Plant Performance
- Manage the closing process for production costs and Cost of Sales.
- Control variable costs and non-variable overheads.
- Analyze price variances, manufacturing variances (scrap, yield), and margin performance.
- Provide insights on cost trends and their impact on profitability.
Business Partnering
- Provide financial support to Supply Chain, Logistics, and Marketing.
- Perform cost simulations and financial evaluations for new products and sourcing changes.
Cost Management & Continuous Improvement
- Support the plant’s savings (FTG) initiatives by evaluating cost-reduction and efficiency projects.
- Identify opportunities to reduce production costs and losses.
- Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement projects.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
Skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Google Workspace, and SAP.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations. (Desirable)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Advanced English (Written and spoken)
